What we collect

When you request access, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email, and a description of what you need tracked. Once onboarded, each account ("tenant") stores the records its own staff enters — customer contact details, job/booking data, pipeline stage, and payment ledger entries.

How we use it

We use your information solely to operate your account and communicate with you about it. Each tenant's data is isolated from every other tenant's data. We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except as needed to provide the service (for example, the email provider we use to send sign-in links).

Storage & retention

Data is stored securely so your team can manage and follow up on records for as long as your account is active. To request an export or deletion of your account's data, email hello@magicbackoffice.com and we'll act on the request.
