Our service

Magic BackOffice provides a hosted back-office panel — custom intake forms, pipeline tracking, a payment ledger, and manifest exports — configured for your business. Requesting access does not create a binding agreement; it begins a conversation about your setup.

Access & accounts

We onboard businesses individually. Each account is a separate, isolated tenant. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data your staff enter and for keeping login access limited to authorized people.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is offered as-is, without uptime guarantees. We'll tell you in advance about planned maintenance that could affect you.

Data export & deletion

To request an export or deletion of your account's data, email hello@magicbackoffice.com and we'll act on the request.
